Poor MCI coverage in Guisha area resolved soon – MCI director

“Our emphasis is now on antenna coverage, but it’s hard to give the exact number of such locations because they can occur inside buildings,” Majid Mokhtarnia told Mobna news agency.
“We drive through streets and roads with special equipment to spot locations with poor antenna coverage,” he added.
He said there were 16 such locations in Tehran last year, some of which have been put right but the Guisha area and Ferdows Street remain unresolved.
He expressed hope that by buying buildings in those areas and erecting BTS antennas the problem would disappear.
