Domestic consortia in consultation to taking Third Operator project

”The Iranian partners in Zain-Iran and Tamin-Etisalat consortia have been negotiating in order to offer proposition to Information and Communication Technology ministry as how to take the Third Operator project,” a Zain-Iran consortium official told Mobna news agency.
”ICT ministry intends to hand over the project to domestic companies. If the decision is finalized, the domestic parties in the tender will announce their readiness,” he said.  
”Transferring technology and attracting foreign investment, which is the main goal of the project, is also possible by purchasing the technology and through consultation,” he added.
