“There are 110,000 meters optical fiber network in Iran and 40 percent of it is used, therefore internet users do not have access to internet and broadband easily,” he added.
“Regarding 65 percent mobile phone penetration rate, 35 percent landline penetration rate and 30 percent internet penetration rate, the needed applications for internet network are not available in Iran,” he said.
