He believed such new technologies require advanced intensive advertisement, and said that the 3G technology services expected from mobile phone third nationwide mobile operator is no exception.
It is now three months since First and Second mobile phone operators started offering such services, but most subscribers do not use them because they are not familiar with their capabilities.
