New phase of prepaid and 150,000-rial sim card distribution

In this phase applicants who had registered in person by Sep 13 or via the internet by Sep12 will receive their sim cards.
Those who have applied for the 150,000-rial sim card by Sep 12 will also receive their sim card.
To collect their sim card applicants must show their national cards and submit a photocopy of the first page of their birth certificate.
In total some 1,800 sim cards will be delivered.
