Authorities always maintain that such issues could be investigated, but its long procedure and subscribers often being pressed for time prompts them to abandon the case altogether.
But the question that comes to mind is whether such errors are in fact hidden revenue for Telecommunication Company of Iran to make up for some of its expenses?
Or, more importantly, whether in such incidents the subscribers’ rights are not breached?
The authorities always suggest that such subscribers should produce a transcript of their calls, but what remains unanswered is what would happen if the subscriber claims the transcript does not reflect the truth?
