One day the officials talk about Qatar telecom, Kuwaiti Zain and TMI Malaysia are among participants” and the Russian “Megafon” will invest three billion Euros for third operator and another day they talk about Turkish investor to hype up the atmosphere.
3G services income will be more profitable and higher than many state owned or private companies.
Since subscribers are waiting to receive these services the profit will return soon.
But these forecasts will be fulfilled provided that third operator can do the mentioned tasks.
Otherwise it should publish odd advertisement in order to attract subscribers.
