“Around 50 percent of the Iranians own mobile sets, in other words 40 million Iranian own sets, but most of them do use them with their full features,” Mohammad Hadi Fathi, a mobile expert told Mobna news agency.
“Electronic devices like other technologies need to appropriate demeanor when used. Communicating through mobile set is not the only application of mobile phones,” he added.
“When government uses modern technologies to offer services to people and also subscribers use different applications like e-commerce, mobile commerce, e-government, e-training, mobile banking, mobile payment, e-urban services and other IT usages, then one can say that the technology is innate among the people,” Fathi said.
“If not then these devices and services can become to another impediment in our society,” he concluded.
