Saaber Feizi, in conversation with MOBNA, indicated that Telecom is able to distinguish such subscribers from others, although they will not benefit from its special bonuses while it is state-owned.
On the issue of ‘golden’ subscribers, he said they are those who make frequent calls.
He said terms such as ‘golden subscriber’ and ‘good subscriber’ are meaningful once the Telecom is privatized and joined in race against other operators to win more subscribers.
Bonuses will include easing of payment, better timing of phone bill reception, and favorable method of bill calculation.
It is being said that the volume of overdue mobile phone bills now amounts to 100b Rial, a large portion of which, some experts believe, is by government organizations.
