Iranian manufacturers database to be established

“The existing information on country’s industrial and mining companies is too incomplete and in a chaotic state and mostly irretrievable and that necessitated forming a database,” Hadi Ghanimifard told Mobna news agency.
“The Ministry of Industries and Mines in the last three years has set out to compile a list of companies in the sector which have either ceased activity or have been established,” he added.
He said the database was vital for planning purposes but it should be borne in mind that not many such companies wished to divulge their company data.
