Post Office comprehensive plan compiled

“Comprehensive Post Office development is one of the goals of the Fourth Economic Development Plan,” Abd Khezr Kamrani, ICT Ministry communication and planning deputy said.
“Launching postal regulations under Radio Communication and Regulations Organization framework is one of the major tasks to be carried out in line with the Plan,” he added.
“On the basis of the Plan, the Post Office should implement empowering and developing postal code databank in collaboration with executive administrations. Figures show that 80% of the index has been implemented and the rest will continue,” he said.
“Post Office has already implemented 94% of its obligations in service sectors in rural ICT bureaus and to reach 100% by year’s end,” he continued.
“Meanwhile, index in urban ICT bureaus has been more than 200% with private sector’s help,” he added.
