“Unfortunately it seems that government authorities have not fully grasped the idea of privatizing the telecommunications work to the private
sector, and sometimes they have not prepared the ground for such transformation,”Siroos Mohammadinejad told Mobna news agency.
“If private sector do not fulfill their obligations in seeling the sim cards then the government can sell mobile phone sim cards, but the current circumstances is not fair for the two private operators Taliya and Irancell,” he added.
“Telecommunications ministry should concentrate on quality development and supervise all operators work. It also should transfer telecommunications management control to the private sector gradually,” he said.
“Currently Mobile Company of Iran lacks the network quality and thus its subscribers are not so content,” Mohammadinejad
added.
