“In East Asia countries sim cards are provided with low prices and calling fees are very low for them,” he said.
“In these countries operators have serious and fair competition with each other,” he added.
“But unfortunately in Iran there is not any fairness between operators neither any competition in this field,” Sobhannia said.
“When government has monopoly of landline and mobile phone operation then there will not be any competition between domestic operators,” he said.
“Iran should use Asian and European countries experiences about setting calling fees,” he concluded.
